This notice covers nativegroovebox.com and the early-access waitlist for Native Groovebox (a Future Native Audio product).

Data we keep
- Your email address (lower-cased), stored only after you click the confirmation link we email you. If you never click it, nothing about your request is saved; the link simply expires after 7 days.
- The time you confirmed, and the version of the consent text you saw.
- Referral: your own invite code, and the code of the person who invited you, if you came from their link.
- Your country, as reported by Cloudflare from your connection, and the campaign tags on the link you came from (for example
utm_source), if any. - Your IP address is not stored. A short one-way hash of it is kept for at most a day to limit abuse. To limit confirmation emails to three per address per hour, we also keep a keyed hash of the address (an HMAC with a secret, not the address itself and not reversible without that secret) for at most a day.
Purpose and legal basis
To email you about early access and the launch, and to invite people in waves. Basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you request early access and confirm by email. We do not sell or share the list.
Where
The list is stored in a Cloudflare database in the NativeKloud account. This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from this site.
Unsubscribe and deletion
Write to hello@futurenativeaudio.com or use the Unsubscribe link in any email from us, which deletes your address immediately. The same address handles access and correction requests. You can withdraw consent at any time and complain to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).
We keep the data until you unsubscribe or until the launch campaign ends, whichever is first.
